Q:Are you still open?

A:Yes we most certainly are – our Sales, Service and Parts departments are all still open

Q:Is it safe to come in to your dealership?

A:Yes – we are following the governments guidelines around social distancing, and we are following industry best practice around cleaning and sanitising. We also have hand sanitising stations at all entry and exits for your safety – and ours.

Q:Can I still buy a car?

A:Yes you can – we are still open and here to help. We can even offer a home test drive where we can bring the car to you. All vehicles are sanitised prior to the test drive.

Q:Can we still test drive a car?

A:Yes you can – we are still open and here to help. We can even offer a home test drive where we can bring the car to you. All vehicles are sanitised prior to the test drive.

Q:Can I still service my car?

A:A: Yes you can – our service departments are still open and ready to help. We offer contactless drop off and pick up of your vehicle from the service driveway, and also contactless payment of your service. We will wash, clean, and sanitise your vehicle for you as well!

Q:Are loan cars still available?

A:Yes they are – our fleet of loan vehicles are still available.

Q:Are cars sanitised after a service?

A:A: Yes they are – when your vehicle comes into the workshop, our technicians sanitise all the common touch points including door handles, steering wheel, gear leaver, start button, and inside door handles. This process is repeated once the service is complete.

Q:Can we still use the Service Courtesy Shuttle Bus?

A:No – unfortunately we cannot maintain the social distancing requirements imposed by the government, we have temporarily suspended our Courtesy Shuttle Bus service.

Q:Are you doing contactless payments?

A:Yes we are – we can organise payments over the phone

Q:How can I organise finance for my purchase?

A:Our business managers are on site to help you with your finance requirements. You can either do this face to face - 1.5 metres apart, or over the phone. We are happy to work with you to ensure you are comfortable.
