Here at the Berwick Motor Group, we would like to address the rapidly changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how our dealerships, staff and processes will be handling this situation in such uncertain times. We feel a deep-rooted responsibility for the health and safety of our people, their families and our extended family – our Berwick Motor Group customers. In response to COVID-19 we are actively working to ensure the health and safety of everyone in our dealerships. Here’s what we’re doing:
Sales Departments - Open:
All Berwick Motor Group vehicle showrooms are now OPEN. As per the most recent Victorian Government announcements, vehicle viewings, test drives and on-site sale are now permitted. The safety of our customers and staff is our priority, which is why we are working to a CovidSafe plan, implementing social distancing and sanitisation points throughout our dealerships.
Service Departments - Open:
All Berwick Motor Group Service & Parts Departments are now OPEN for all scheduled service, log book services, mechanical repairs, and recalls. Our Service Departments are now onsite, following strict CovidSafe plans.
Trade Parts - Open:
The Berwick Motor Group Trade Parts business will continue to be OPEN – servicing industries with essential and permitted businesses, which are servicing essential and permitted workers.

For more than 25 years, the Berwick Motor Group’s commitment to the communities we operate and live in has endured. Today, that same commitment continues to guide all our actions. As always, we are committed to the health and safety of our customers and staff, and will continue to monitor the Victorian Government guidelines to ensure that we uphold our stringent safety protocols.
